PUM piston port Big Bore Top End Kit
The big top end kits from ESP are currently making big waves. This kit makes a 28.5cc & 29.5cc engine if using a stock or 1mm stroke crank. Approximate horsepower with a good pipe 6hp and a very wide RPM range of power from lower RPMs to a screaming top RPM, 18,000 RPM minimum typical. The cylinder starts out as a air cooled ZENOAH G290 top end kit. The fins are CNC milled to fit the stock ZENOAH water jacket. The porting is done by CNC and finished by hand. The piston is relieved near the crown area to reduce any chance of piston scuffing due to cold water.
